Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, establishing a rapport that leads to a positive customer experience.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty and referrals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience (1-2 years) is a plus.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
