Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory
- Prospect and acquire new business through cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation initiatives
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 70% of the time within territory
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales a plus
