Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify prospects, understand client pain points, and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Close deals over the phone and email, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to accurately track activity, pipeline status, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer trends and market demands.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Ability to work the night shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
