Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to drive sales conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving store performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively to understand customer needs.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment without micromanagement.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS software.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
