The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal is to generate interest in our products and services through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and prospecting campaigns during night hours.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions.
- Book qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to log interactions, update prospect data, and track pipeline.
- Present product demos and overcome objections effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for earning performance bonuses.
