Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Consult with customers to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (candidates with high energy and no experience will also be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
