Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets while promoting premium product lines
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain inventory awareness
- Execute in-store visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with team to optimize store operations and customer experience
- Document customer feedback and sales data for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
