Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, reliable, and ready to hustle.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entering the store, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Operate the POS system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Answer customer questions about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to up-sell and cross-sell effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
