Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the local Oakland and greater Pennsylvania area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face interactions and professional communication.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Manage a high volume of leads and ensure timely follow-up to convert interest into sales.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong potential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet client needs.
- Reliable transportation for local travel within the Oakland area.
