Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM platform
- Present product solutions and close deals while meeting/exceeding monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all sales activities and provide weekly performance insights
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous training
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
