Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty and referrals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets to contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
