Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and weekly personal targets.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store-wide goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
