Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering product questions, and demonstrating features to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise to maintain high visual standards.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) when necessary.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation is required.
