Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize advanced CRM tools to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads in the local market.
- Client Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development (Medical, Tech, or Service industries preferred).
- Drive: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a strong hunger to succeed.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and confident presence.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Attitude: Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn our products and sales process.
