Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to determine the best solution for potential clients.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals within the sales cycle.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate prospect and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
