Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM engagement
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers via virtual demos and presentations
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by 15%+ through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Document sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Analyze market trends to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to refine negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with consultative selling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
