About the Role:
In this role, you will be the voice of Apex Sales Solutions, connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and closing deals. You will manage a pipeline of leads, conduct outbound calls, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales leads via phone and email.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to determine their specific business needs.
- Present product and service solutions effectively to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/SAP) to track interactions, update client data, and forecast sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve client inquiries and objections professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
