Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses in Austin metro area to expand client base
- Present tailored solutions through in-person demonstrations and consultations
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve quarterly targets
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM system
- Participate in weekly training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Proven ability to close deals through face-to-face meetings
- Strong local Austin market knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
