Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads across North America
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Exceed monthly quotas using our proven consultative sales methodology
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and maintain client data
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/software preferred)
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Night shift availability (7 PM - 4 AM CST)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client events)
