Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business within the assigned Ohio territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline activity, manage activity cadence, and forecast sales accurately.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
