Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) with accurate prospect and client information.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team huddles to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new products and sales methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
