Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM utilization
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close sales deals through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain industry expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
