Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close in Salesforce CRM
- Present product demos via virtual meetings and webinars
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultative sell solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasting
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside/sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools (Outreach, Gong)
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
