Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and explain the value proposition.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine client requirements and tailor solutions.
- Close deals and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Track sales metrics and report on weekly progress to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
