Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product selection and purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Learn and communicate product features, promotions, and company policies to customers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
