What You Will Do:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products with enthusiasm, and ensure every shopping experience is memorable. You will also assist in maintaining the visual standards of our store and managing inventory during the quieter weeknights.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Drive sales by educating customers on products and offering personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and organizing the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
