Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional service to drive sales.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services to answer customer inquiries.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads to convert interest into revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting goals.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
