Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium, personalized approach to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Demonstrate and sell products effectively, utilizing modern sales techniques to exceed daily targets.
- Manage the sales floor, including stocking, organization, and maintaining a visually appealing display.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse customer groups.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient in using technology and POS systems.
