Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the showroom, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems.
- Build lasting relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, including restocking and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on total satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
