Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales and loyalty
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotions
- Track sales performance and report to store manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Previous retail/sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license (for Texas locations)
