Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules (primarily Sat-Sun)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for potential store transfers
