Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into loyal customers through effective communication.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to clients with confidence and expertise.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the local team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
