Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and meetings to present our products/services and demonstrate value propositions.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
