Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify high-intent leads via phone, email, and CRM automation
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives in SaaS/tech sectors
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with 15-20 new client acquisitions
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain 95% CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Mastery of Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
