Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Exceed monthly sales quotas for SaaS solutions in healthcare/finance sectors
- Conduct product demonstrations via screen-sharing tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions with regional leadership
- Document client interactions and opportunities in CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong objection handling and negotiation techniques
- Willingness to complete industry certification program
- Valid US work authorization required
