Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company products and services to potential customers, identifying key selling points.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (willing to train high-performers with no experience).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A hunger to succeed and a competitive drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional networking events).
