Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a hunter mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
