Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospects via video conferencing and phone presentations
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Document all sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
