Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume cold calling and email outreach campaigns.
- Nurture existing leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot CRM to track interactions and update prospect data.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients over the phone.
- Collaborate with marketing and executive teams to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demands.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
