Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through high-volume outbound prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive retention.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to effectively close sales deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing and account management.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress, forecast revenue, and update records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a genuine passion for closing deals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for networking events.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
