Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Present our products and services to potential clients, demonstrating value and overcoming objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activity, manage pipelines, and update customer records.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales (experience in tech or software preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
