Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize a variety of channels (phone, email, CRM) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions within our Salesforce database.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position our products effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to persuade.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
