Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Present product demonstrations and close deals with value-based selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Document all interactions in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM PST)
- Experience with consultative selling and objection handling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
