As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. We believe in promoting from within and provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to demonstrate value and features.
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and hitting targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
