Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for B2B clients across Greater Boston
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consultative selling and solution-based pitches
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized account management
- Collaborate with marketing to identify and qualify high-potential leads
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to sharpen negotiation and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-level executive experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Boston's market landscape and industry verticals
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
