Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and solution-based approaches
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized client records
- Collaborate with team to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
- Stay current on product features and market trends

Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
