Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products and services.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using our CRM software to track progress.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to sharpen sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or commission-based sales.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with a team-oriented mindset.
