Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through CRM systems and cold outreach
- Build rapport with B2B clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Present tailored solutions and close deals with consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Participate in weekend shift (Sat-Sun 9AM-6PM) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and sales automation tools
- Strong time management for weekend shift flexibility
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success meeting/exceeding quotas
