Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95% activity compliance
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Manage Salesforce pipeline with precise CRM documentation
- Conduct 15+ daily discovery calls to identify pain points
- Partner with Account Executives on complex deal closures
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with demonstrable quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Proven ability to sell SaaS solutions or enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Metrics-driven approach to sales methodology
