Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while demonstrating product value propositions
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce and outreach automation tools
- Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing campaigns and feedback loops
- Present personalized product demos to C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Close new business deals with average deal values of $25K-$50K
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain pipeline hygiene
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency in Salesforce and outreach automation (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Strong analytical skills to identify client pain points and solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in uncapped commission environment
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
